Retired CWO4 James O. Cotant Jr, 69, passed away Dec. 13, 2015 at his home in Peru.
He was born Aug, 3 1946 in Alliance, Nebraska, and was a veteran of the United States Navy, with 30 years of Service. He was a member of Church of the Nazarene, lifetime member of the Elks, enjoyed golfing, watching NASCAR, Nebraska football, and spending time with his wife, family, and grandchildren.
I had the great honor of going to school with Jim all thoroughout school. I have nothing but very fond memories of him and his family. May God bless his soul and his lovely family.
