Larry Joseph Richards

Larry Lee Kuhlman, 63, of Alliance, Nebraska passed away February 8, 2010. He was surrounded by his wife and several children at the time of his death. 
Larry was born to Alexander and Irene (Ditter) Kuhlman on October 21, 1946 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
Larry Kuhlman and Loyola Maria (Candelario-Rivera) (Warfield) Kuhlman were married September 11, 1982 in Gering, Nebraska.
Larry’s started his career as a baker and then drove truck for a few years. Later he returned to his true vocation as a baker and the owner of The Alliance Bakery.
Larry had many interests and hobbies. He enjoyed camping, spending time with family, playing and being with his grandchildren. Another passion was motorcycling; he loved taking long road trips, especially riding in the Black Hills. He belonged to the Gold Wing Road Riders Association: Chapter 'W" and attended Sturgis motor cycle rally's from 1985-2009. Larry enjoyed playing pool and a participated in tournaments. He loved playing golf whenever he could and loved to dance. The last few years Larry baked bread at home for his wife every week, which had remained a hobby throughout his life.
Larry is survived by his wife: Loyola Kuhlman; children: Donald Warfield of North Platte, NE; Alpha (Sheila) Warfield of Anchorage, AK; Jerry Warfield of Syracuse, KS; Robert Warfield of Gering, NE; Anthony (Liz) Warfield of Firestone, CO; Tammy and Rodney Warfield of Gering, NE; Mark (LaPriel) Warfield of Anchorage, AK; Brad (Leanay) Warfield of Alliance, NE; Jackie (Michael) Crouch of Fort Worth, TX; Kelly Warfield of Sioux Falls, SD; Laurie Radomski of Rifle, CO; Denice Davis of Casper, WY. Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and special golf friend Gary Leever and his brother Richard Kuhlman, of Colorado also survive him. He was preceded in death by parents Alex and Irene Kuhlman; son, William Warfield; one grandson, and a few great-grandchildren. 
Memorial services will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Alliance, Nebraska on Saturday, February 13th at 10 a.m. A rosary will be Friday, February 12th at 7 p.m. His ashes will be spread near the Needles Highway in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
