Gerald (Jerry) M. Frick February 10, 2021 Jerry Frick of Scottsdale, AZ passed away with his wife and children at his side after being read his two favorite psalms. Jerry was born to Robert (Bob) and Grace Frick in Scottsbluff, NE, on March 27, 1947. He attended Gering High School where he was on the golf, football and basketball teams. After graduating in 1965, Jerry attended The University of Nebraska in Lincoln. While there he enrolled in R.O.T.C. and joined the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He graduated with a business degree in 1970. After graduation he enlisted in the U.S Army transportation Corp. where he attained the rank of Captain. In 1971, Jerry joined the Ford Motor Co. where he had an illustrious career for thirty six years. During his career, he made 14 moves, including London, England. After retiring, Jerry and his wife, Tori, settled in Scottsdale, AZ on the D.C. Ranch golf course. He loved the evening view displaying the beautiful purple hue cast on the surrounding mountains. It was his favorite time of day. Jerry loved golfing, playing poker and Bible Study. He was passionate about all sports, especially Nebraska football. But most of all he loved his family, country and God. He was known for his infectious smile, sense of humor and generosity. He was and will always be a beloved husband, father, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to everyone who had the privilege of sharing his life. Jerry is survived by his beloved wife of fifty-one years and high school sweetheart, Victoria (Tori) nee Abel; sons Andrew (Marci) Frick of Bloomfield Hills, MI; Ryan (Stephanie) Frick of Pala Alto, CA; daughter Meghan (Shawn) of Highlands Ranch, CO; his brother Thomas (Kathy) of Morrison, CO; grandchildren Caitlin and Brendan Frick (MI); Tyler, Scarlett and Juliet Frick, CA; and Alexander, Jack and Adeline Metzler, CO. Jerry is pre-deceased by his mother and father, Robert and Grace Frick of Gering, NE and his sister, Judie Frick of Fayetteville, AR. We will love and miss you forever. Rest in peace.
